Product Return Policy
- The following return policies and procedures have been established for all BRINK INK purchases, these polices may be updated and or changed without notice and written policies in store may be additional and apply to all purchases in store or online.

- All of our products are backed by a full one year 100% satisfaction guarantee. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the cartridge with a properly working unit
- Please come to our store for replacement of a problematic cartridge.
- Unopened Merchandise – Unopened cartridges, may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a limited refund of the purchase price as a store credit towards an exchange for another cartridge. Please keep in mind that item must be unopened and return must be accompanied by original receipt.
- Opened Merchandise – Remanufactured Cartridges – If you find and we confirm that your cartridge has a defect it may be exchanged within 1(one) year of purchase if accompanied by original receipt for an exact same replacement cartridge. - Laser Toner Cartridges – If you find and we confirm that your cartridge has a defect it may be exchanged within 1(one) year of purchase if accompanied by original receipt for an exact same replacement cartridge. - Compatible Cartridges – If you find and we confirm that your cartridge has a defect it may be exchanged within 1(one) year of purchase if accompanied by original receipt for an exact same replacement cartridge. - Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) – Cartridges Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties only. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers’ warranty. We do not accept returns of OEM cartridges.
- Shipping Charges – Shipping charges are nonrefundable
- Physical damage voids the warranty. Depletion of ink is not covered, and voids warranty. The warranty applies only to supplies and not to the printer used with the supplies. Please use caution when removing or replacing cartridges. BRINK INK will not be responsible for damage to clothing or household items or any other items due to ink spillage.
- Refunds – Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid or in store credit within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return. No returns or exchanges on any special orders, including OEM cartridges.
- Exchanges – If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have purchased a new printer and the product you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product for a limited store credit towards another cartridge as long as it is unopened and falls within our one year return policy. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange.
- For any items being returned we recommend that you pack items securely. Put open cartridges in a reseal able plastic bag to prevent ink leakage. Write your name and the RMA number on the outside of the package. We also recommend using carriers like UPS or FedEx because they provide tracking numbers. If you send the package through US mail, please use the Delivery Confirmation service. Customers are responsible for the secure return of merchandise and for return shipping charges. BRINK INK will not be responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
- A proper RMA number is needed to make returns so please contact us before sending products back. For assistance, call us at 800-691-4650 or contact us at email@example.com . Shipping an item back is at the sole expense of the purchaser and not BRINK INK regardless of whether the item is defective, or if we sent the wrong item, or for any other reason the item is being returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds or exchanges at our sole discretion. All sales are final, no cash or other refunds. BRINK INK is a sole proprietorship, a California Minority Owned Business. If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please bring or send them to the address below. Make sure you contact us for return instructions and completely fill out any required forms we indicate and write your order number and return number down on the outside of the return package. Please indicate on the return form if you would like to receive a limited refund or exchange for the items you are returning. Refunds are credited back to the method of payment of your original purchase or store credit will be issued, if by credit card then you must supply us with the credit card number again to issue any refunds, or we can give a store credit. If you wish to exchange your products we will apply limited store credit toward your new order. A new order number will be issued and an email will be sent to you at the close of our business day. All returns and exchanges are processed, credited, or reshipped within 7-10 business days of the products arriving back to us.

We only accept unopened products back for return within 7 days or any products for exchange within 1 (one) year with original receipt after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from BRINK INK can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition. BRINK INK is not responsible for products that are past our warranty period or not purchased from our company. If we receive products that do not qualify for a refund or replacement, they will be refused or sent to a recycling center.
